This community is amazing! The office staff are very friendly and always address any concerns we have. Service requests are handled promptly. Adler, the service guy, always replies quickly and fixes anything that needs to be fixed. The community has a beautiful pool, a 24/7 gym, friendly neighbors, and the best part is the events the office holds for us. I hope to stay here for many years to come.

I love the apartment, everything look great new and smells like Fresh Air. The pool is my favorite part, I love the decorations and that little area you can bbq and hanging out with friends that’s so cool. It’s feels like a resort, and Patricia was very great, she takes her time to show us around and give us a full detailed an about everything. I highly recommend her, I can’t wait to move in…

I have seen so many positive changes here at Cortland Hollywood. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are kept clean. The maintenance team is very fast and efficient and the office staff are helpful. The Property Manager, Dara Clark, is very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

I love the location and building! I really love my apartment too. It’s spacious and has all the necessities. Hilton in the office is the best and also Mark & Aj on the maintenance team are very nice and fast at fixing any maintenance issues. Great place to live!
